When Gingivitis, the evil empress of Cavityland, steals the Scrolls of Knowledge from Teethland, all of its citizens must band together and stop her before she can use the magical power to unfreeze the horrifying King Cavity and destroy the children's teeth forever.

The brave citizens of Teethland include: Princesses Shimmer and Glimmer. King Brushum and Queen Flossum. Sir Garglemore and Sir Floss-A-Lot, leaders of the Bright Knights. The apprentice knight, Toothpick and his special horse, Braces. The mighty wizard, Toother the Fifth. Mayor Molar and his daughter, Molly. The tower gatekeepers, Ortho and Dontic and the dozens of magical Tooth Fairies. All working together, they protect Teethland from the evil forces of Cavityland including the empress, Gingivitis, King Cavity and the horribly awful creatures, the Plaquetites and Tartars!
